Battery powered electromagnetic flowmeterworking principle:
The electromagnetic flow sensor is made using Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When a conductive liquid moves along the measuring tube in an alternating magnetic field perpendicular to the magnetic field lines, the conductive liquid cuts the magnetic field lines and generates an induced potential. A pair of electrodes are installed on the tube wall perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube and the magnetic field lines, which detect the induced potential generated. This induced potential is proportional to the flow rate, and measuring this induced potential can derive the flow rate through the sensor.This flow signal (induced potential) is amplified and converted into a digital signal proportional to the flow signal by the input converter, thereby achieving flow measurement.
